Alison Hummel
Marketing Director
Ali discovered her passion for marketing while studying at Millersville University, where she balanced coursework with a marketing internship at a regional retail brand. That early hands-on experience exposed her to the many layers of marketing — from strategy and planning to execution and analytics.
Over the past 14+ years, she has built a diverse marketing background spanning retail, food, convenience, and client-facing sales environments. Along the way, she briefly stepped into sales, gaining valuable perspective on revenue generation and the importance of aligning marketing with frontline teams. Ultimately, she realized she thrives on owning initiatives from concept through completion, ensuring that ideas not only launch, but deliver measurable impact.
Whether managing projects, overseeing photo shoots and commercial production, or collaborating on operations, logistics, and construction initiatives, Ali has earned a reputation for organization, strategic planning, and the ability to bring cross-functional teams together. That versatility has allowed her to see marketing not as a silo, but as a core driver of business performance.
Her experience includes piloting large-scale CRM and loyalty programs, launching a mobile app, and expanding digital engagement for a range of businesses. She brings strategy, creative vision and operational discipline to every initiative.
Today, Ali applies her breadth of experience to help clients implement thoughtful, results-driven marketing strategies. At PIPEDREAM, she oversees digital marketing and media plan execution, and serves as a trusted consultant to a variety of clients, ensuring campaigns are organized, aligned, and built to drive long-term growth.
Having grown alongside the evolution of modern marketing, she understands how to integrate digital tools, customer data, and strong execution to create strategies that truly support our clients’ business objectives.
Outside of work, Ali is a proud mom of two who loves staying active and spending time outdoors. A lifelong soccer player, she competed at Millersville University and served as team captain, an experience that shaped her leadership style and competitive spirit. When she’s not at work, you can find her traveling, hiking, or planning her family’s next outdoor adventure.
